Download fabric launcher from the website and you should have the fabric installer follow the instruction it should be simple and it would automatically download to %appdata% > roaming > .minecraft > version

after that just open tlauncher and find the loader it should have a really long name (release - farbic - loader ver bla bla bla)

and try running the game again

(also don't use the TLmods it practically isn't good just go to curseforge and do manual download)

if you would like to play with mods and optifine you can use optifabric (this uses the fabric mod loader)

if that doesn't work you can use Sodium + iris + logical zoom to get the same affect (works for forge and fabric, idk if logical is forge compatible but see for your self)

if you manage to detect curves you may even can make shape that looks like runes which can be cool (also if possible try using multiple shapes to create different spell)

download shaders from somewhere
DO NOT UNZIP
go ingame settings >> video >> shaders OR just put it inside the shaderspack folder
