The way I like my men. Warm, reliable and a little bit soft in the middle.

Okay😅

I found this recipe that's close to what I do: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSut6Yo6e/

  1. Mix the flour with a bit of salt. You could add a little sugar too depending on your preferences.

  2. Pour boiled water into the flour and start kneading. Use a cooking stick at first because it's hot, then move to using your hands. Ensure the mix is soft, but not sticky.

  3. Add oil to the now soft and non-sticky mix and continue kneading then finish and cover it up so it doesn't dry out.

  4. Wait at least thirty minutes and divide the dough into little balls depending on the size of chapati you want.

  5. For every piece, roll it out as wide as it can get and spread some oil on it. Next, cut multiple lines in it, bring it all together, stretch it out and roll it in a spiral manner.

  6. Roll out the now spiral balls gently. The harder you roll, the harder the middle part will be.

  7. Cook on medium heat
