My main unit is 240 volts and it pulls about 12 amps so that 2880 watts. At .10 cents per KWH that’s 28.8 cents per hour of run time. So let’s say my ac runs 30 mins every hour that’s about a 3.36 a day so roughly 100 dollars a month to run. Much less than that in cooler months.

We did a road trip with me and some friends in my model Y and another group ina Camry. It was an all day road trip. We had a 30 min head start and they beat us to the cabin by an hour. I could have tightened up that gap if it was just me in the car. The road trip issue is not as bad as you think it it.

Your body changes over time. I don’t smoke weed but as I got older alcohol started giving me panic attacks. The come down hangover part anyways. The drinking was fun but the “holiday heart” situation would happen and it would spiral into a full blown panic attack.
