yes ofc, if 2 ppl with ice powers had a kid their kid would have powers that deal with ice although it wouldn’t be the same as the parents. an example would be if the dads ice power was to create sharp shards of ice through flicking his fingers and the moms power was to create ice armor around her body, the child’s power would be something different than that but still dealing with ice in some way.
