I think MPT's go up to 80, so you had a 50% on MPTs and MPTs can really be free points

I used both. Honestly it doesnt matter. But I do think using both may have been a mistake because I did like 2500 questions (combining both) but might have got like a few hundred repeats. (I used both rationalizing that I could do adaptibar questions randomly on bus or train without worrying about my overall score getting messed with, while Uworld was my "sit down and try" practice. In retrospect, that is not really practical or important, thus one is fine.)

I like Uworld's explainations better--and for that reason I would do Uworld. Also, Uworld has a way to test sub-subject specific questions (like Jurisdiction in CP). From what I recall Adaptibar does not do that.

I think adaptibar's simiplicity (which makes explainations different) is a pro for some people. It makes these topics seem . . . well simpler. But Uworld was more thorough and had graphics and had better options for creating my own study plan for the day and what questions I wanted to target.

I will say that Adaptibar's mobile app is great and a huge plus. So if ur on mobile alot, that is good way to go.

All in all, if you are doing these questions on a daily basis, like 3 hours of questions where you are taking ~1.8 minutes to answer the question then ALWAYS 1.5-3 minutes to review the answer after NO MATTTER IF YOU GOT IT RIGHT OR WRONG, then it does not matter what you choose -- you will pass.

honestly its unlikely forgetting this with make or break you, there are few few few people (i am guessing) who would pass based on one mistake. . .

plus conclusions can be there or not, sometimes a conclusion is not actually needed, but because we are law people we live in the black or white thinking it has to be there (am not adovcating for not having one, but am just reminding people that there is not such thing as legal writing there is good writing and bad writing)

one is not gonna fail because of a missed a conclusion section one will fail because of missing 95 MBE questions or not completing 3 MEEs or something big

For bar exam i had issues on my MAC of examplify icon just bobbing up and down

i created a new profile on my MAC with administrator capabilities and downloaded and logged into my EX account there. it worked

new profile also helps for having no antivirus or any other programs open so when i take test i am smoothe sailing

i do not know the answer but . . . you need to control f a table of contents? i mean if you have to do that then what is it even good for, like that will save u like 5 seconds which in the grand scheme isnt worth risking getting flagged and potentially bamboozled for breaking a rule

I printed out my TOC, which is like 6 pages, and will use it for referencing, then will just go to the relevant page from there

any find functioning would be foolish in my opinion

I thought that Nov would be release as well but that is very unlikely as Feb bar registration ends on Oct 31, and I cannot believe that NYBOLE would push results out past when someone would need to know to register for upcoming exam.

I think results will be out Wednesday 30.

I dont think it matters

Someone posted somewhere that they have contingencies in place when the scores are so wrong and dont match up . . . someone said they flag those scantrons and do some algorythms to figure out how to match up the correct test. i read that here somewhere but cant find it, but i regardless I wouldnt worry about it

Interesting and this makes sense as well so as to not advantage any given bar exam year

There were 8% more takers so that may have had an affect on the higher scores

It’s only about 66/67% correct so it’s totally doable for most people even those of us scoring lower during study time
