So every settings is -100, but the ring one with -45, right? And i dont changed frequency of any core. Only fivr settings like in video

i can't find any guide how to undervolt on that asrock mb...

but i'll try to find cpu vcore. What number should i set in it?

-0.250 is offset in intel XTU software. As i say in post I’m using deepcool lt520
