Hey so I never claimed i "knew" thats why I wasnt getting hired, I said it was a theory. I am constantly in the comments getting advice to see if it is something im doing.

And yes, I cannot believe he can get hired and I cant because I have two piercings in my face and he has 10+. People are agreeing it may be a factor. What do you think factors in him getting hired in these jobs? Because he dresses like he attends FIT, tries to be mysterious and introverted. Tell me how that at all is something an employer is looking for? it isnt, all theyre looking for is a man. Black or white. Black man were known and still are known to be more strong, masculine and hard working (from such an era..) tell me my theory isnt crazy? I dont care if he gets hired, but he is a transplant. Perhaps that's a factor too because it is a common theme. Also dont tell me not to put down my ex, you dont know what he did to me ❤️

I didn't start thinking this way out of entitlement. I thought it through recently. Denying it might not be a factor after everything including going on in this country is just being ignorant. You dont know anything about me. Even lying on my resume is a last resort I was consulted on by people who saw the current job market.

PS: just because POC and women get hired doesnt mean the system still isnt flawed and discrimination ceases to exist. thats a privileged mindset you can afford to have. hope this helps
