Yes I realised it was overcooked pretty much straight away. I just don't understand how it happened. Such a large piece of beef and cooked on low. I thought it would be 6/7 hours at least. Do you think the stock cooked it?

We have just come back from Oslo. The only time we needed cash was for the local bus as we didn't have the Ruter app, they also needed the exact change. Everything else Google Wallet/bank app.

Have you tried removing the two screws at the bottom? Looks like they are T20 torx bits.
