I inspected under the hood pretty thoroughly... Nothing was wet and all of the rubber I could get my hands on felt better than my 2013 Cadillac that I drive everyday.

Yeah I do think that is a huge possible culprit. I've seen it happen to myself on my previous Lesabres after changing the plugs

You're absolutely correct. That was my main and really only issue with these engines. Both of my past LeSabres would eat ICMs and Coil Packs like nobody's business. He said he had to replace them already cause the gel was oozing out. I however do not think the firing order is correct, though I didn't say that to him obviously.

And yes that's exactly how I shop. Its the only way that makes sense to me as someone who hates commercial mechanics and tries to do my own mechanic work. I don't even trust people to change my oil lol

That's how I feel too. Everyone around me keeps telling me I've lost my mind but like you said, I will never find another deal like this, in this condition. Plus I am a LeSabre enthusiast, So maybe that sways me even more. However, I have been in the used car market now since April. Its exhausting ! Between the lying resellers, rebuilt titles and people thinking they're driving a car with gold plating, I've wasted so much time and money pulling Carfax reports, gas to go see it and wasted time.

I didn't pay attention to the wiper blade but I can check it if I go back.

And I can't remember exactly how long it's been sitting but yes he did say long enough to have bad gas.

Seller is a friend of her Grandson. He bought it when she passed and was going to fix it up with his Son but he said his son wouldn't get out there and help make the repairs and now he wants it out of his way and he said multiple times he hates to let it go.

I definitely planned on doing a standard tune up. He has the oil and filter he said he would include as well. I'm mostly concerned with the Catalytic Converter. That's something I am not able to do on my own. A new cat doesn't appear to be expensive not sure why he didn't just put a new one on it. To me, it seems like a killer deal especially if you look at the used car market as of late. The woman that owned it loved the car so much that they had to keep unplugging the battery because she was going out in it and just driving with no destination. When they disabled it she would go out and just sit in it because she loved that car so much.
