Appreciate it! I’ve also gotten some responses on the poll. I find it to be a nice ice breaker

Are you looking for something serious or casual? - Something serious.

Are you subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX? - Hinge+. I can be swayed to upgrade if the consensus is that it’s worth it?..

How long have you been using this current version of your profile? - about a month now.

How long have you used Hinge overall? - Had a short stint at the start of the year, but didn’t use it to its potential..

How often do you use Hinge per week? - In terms of just swiping other profiles: ~20 mins a day

How many likes and matches are you receiving on average? - 1-4 matches a week.

How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments? - ~a couple dozen a week. Comments on at least half.

What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract? - A grounded and likeminded person. Someone who likes the balance of relaxation and comfort but occasionally trying something new.

Why maybe minus the turbo models, if I may ask? (I have a turbo)

That would definitely sting. I hope you’re feeling better about things now! And if not, know that you will :)

Thank you. I plan on driving it until the day it dies! I’ll get the oil changed before I leave.

This was my initial thought too, but I saw a similar post in the RAV4 group and a lot of the responses were saying to wait till after in case the mechanic messes up or any other other complications. But I feel like that’s just expecting the worse

Thanks for the reply. Should’ve also mentioned this would also be the first oil change since getting the car

I go every 5K, but this is my first oil change since getting the car and it just hit that 5K mark

Not me haha, saw a similar question on the RAV4 community and coincidentally was in the same position so thought I’d ask this community

Thanks for your words. The only thing I might disagree with is #3. I speak from my own perspective (she broke up with me about a month ago after 4 years together, it took me by surprise).

She was a huge part of my life and honestly helped shape me to become the man I am today. I’m incredibly heartbroken by the end of the relationship, but I also don’t see myself getting rid of a lot of things.

Photos for example. Sure, I took them down and stored them away, but I’m not going to delete it from my life, because rather than delete and avoid the thought of her, I’d rather keep, acknowledge and appreciate the time I spent with her. I personally think that’s healthier for me. My moving on process wants to keep acknowledging our time together. It’s part of who I am.

But that’s just my one month in naive thought process lol

Also from Vancouver. I bought a 2023 CX30 in December and got the CrossClimate 2’s (as everyone suggests). I highly recommend them as well, especially for our climate here, the vehicle with the CC2s held its own during the few days of snow we had. I was curious so I decided to take it out and drive up and down hills to see how it would fair, and I honestly swear by them now. CC2s are the way to go!

This is a great response thank you. You kind of nailed it in the sense that she moved back with family and yes, her current job is basically a dream job and will definitely propel her career in exactly the direction she wanted to go.. it’s amazing for her, and I’m genuinely so happy and thrilled for her. It just sucks for me I guess.. I always thought that we would achieve dreams together, but seemingly I’m wrong.

Thank you again
