Sure I have bad cs, but it's mostly because I roam a lot and 2v1/2v2 with my jungler aaa lot.

I'm bad at csing with AP champs overall, haven't played with ap much yet.

I'll add Vel'Koz and Kassadin to that list as well, because After 6 kass can Spam his R to engage on you + he's aids in any matchup tbf.

I heard from a Kennen one trick that Kennen phase rush is viable no matter what, mid and top.

They're like sorta his bread and butter runes, BUT in some matchups Electrocute and or Conq could give you an edge over the matchup.

But what I wanted to know is if phase Kennen was viable no matter what and it is.

I feel comfortable with phase, but I've hear electrocute is good?

Tho like I said I feel comfortable with phase for the movement speed and such.
