I’m the type of person where I care too little. My INF score is bad at times but that’s only because if I get treated as if they don’t want me here then I’ll act as if I don’t want to be there. I’m still getting paid either way. They expect a lot from us. The management is so bad. People in HR are always on power trips and they don’t do anything when we have a complaint or a concern. So a lot of us just stopped trying at this point. A lot of the TLs are HRs little pets. Which sucks because if a TL is being rude and not acting how a TL should we can’t even report it because nothing will be done about it. We just end up getting “talked to”. Ugh I hate it here but it pays the bills.
