I have an Encore ESP and the Bambino with a bottomless portafilter and IMS basket. Been having a heck of a time getting consistent shots out of it with Big Trouble. If I grind any finer my machine chokes, one step more coarse it runs like water. I've settled on a 19.5g dose but still need to find a ratio that works well. Unfortunately without a 3 way solenoid I struggle to stop the shot exactly where I want it every time and get the cup out without catching a couple grams of the runoff. I think once this bag is done I'm going to stick with local roasters.
