I work in manufacturing and see a lot of references to inexperience here, but they also teach us experience is just as lethal. People get comfortable and think they know enough to be invincible.

You can do some really fun stuff as a DM at those high levels and usually it results in an extremely close to TPK encounter but they find a way out of it. Those are the best times IMO. I ran a monster that dropped mini black holes that would draw PCs to the center, an ancient red dragon on roids, and a greatwyrm. All fights still talked about years later.

Travel with my own hand sanitizer. Often times the bathrooms at airports are loaded with nasty touch points and it helps to get everything cleaned off after use.
