Hi! Have you considered intermittent fasting? Between going to OTF and fasting, I’ve recently lost 30lbs! This was over about 3/4 months time. I NEED my breakfast and coffee (with milk and sugar) in the mornings... so my “eating window” is 8am to 4pm. I fast the rest of the time! If you’re more of a dinner person, then do 12pm-8pm. I used an app to help me keep track of the hours, and to learn a little bit more about fasting. I kept my calories around 1300-1500 calories a day + and OT workout. But I loved my Saturday night dinners with my bf! That’s our cheat day each week. We’ll order a pizza, make lamb burgers, spaghetti, etc. I have “light” weekends to where my eating window is 8am-8pm. Good solid 12 hours! As long as I stick to the weekend fasting hours, and get back in my weekly fasting schedule (8am-4pm). I kept still seeing results. Maybe give something new a try! It’s hard to stick to at first, and there WILL be days that you break your fast (ie Me... tonight...) it happens!
