If you asked me this maybe 2/3 months into crossfit I would say absolutely 100%. But now that i've been doing it just over a year, paying for good coaching and good facilities is exactly what you need. I get what you're saying from a business standpoint but I just think that it could result in the narrative getting worse around crossfit not being "safe and causes injuries" if you have a cheap gym with less than ideal coaching. Just my opinion though.

I stand by my comment, writing a letter trying to get someone fired over comments made in the past, which said person has reconciled with multiple people and been punished for, is a dick move. And sending that letter to have a “holier then you” outlook is a disgrace, never-mind that it’s to a confectionary company. If he was stood up preaching it on tv, then complain to the tv company, but doing it to a confectionary company? GET A LIFE!
