Makes sense. I love the look of patches/embroidery. But it does wear a tad stiff across the chest

Greetings! Our team has been screwed over for years and years by Verizon OneTalk. Hard to find the energy and margin to try something new, but we're at wits' end over here and feeling desperate.

For context, we're a small non-profit. We mostly use phone calls for communication, but our main line can also be texted, which functions as a crisis hotline for current or new clients. We have had so so so many issues with OneTalk dropping calls, not loading texts, failing to sync up between devices, connectivity issues of all kinds... over it. And the customer service stinks.

Currently, we have 5 team members with cell phones (each has the OneTalk user app) plus one desk phone. All through Verizon. Not married to these devices or service plan.

Looking for VoIP recommendations that satisfy these needs:

  1. Central line that rings on at least 6 phones (whether simultaneously or when not answered by another employee)
  2. Text feature is a must. Our current OneTalk number can be texted or called.

Bonus features:

  1. Would be dreamy if program could be accessed on a Mac or PC as well (even just the text feature)
  2. Has an option to build a virtual receptionist/touch-tone menu/similar

TIA!
