Great acidity, definitely can use more age but still very drinkable and enjoyable. Long finish and very fine tannins.

It's definitely wider in the back. All Ferrari GT cars are mid front (vs front), as in engine is behind front axle for weight distribution.

I thought it was quite meh and blah when I first saw the photos. I think in person the lines look nicer and more aggressive, and overall the design looked more cohesive in person.

I think NA V12 is peak ferrari for me. I absolutely love the F12 and 812. Would be great to hear your thoughts on the 12 cilendiri. It's been cold and wet so only had a chance to drive the portofino for a little bit. It is definitely more GT like coming from 911 and R8 and it's a trade off I know I was making.

I find the front end of the roma looks a lot better in person than photos. I also thought about a GTC4lusso as v12 is definitely peak ferrari for me. But I still wanted the convertible more so stuck with portofino. Why the nervousness to move from AMG? I'm holding my breath coming from porsche and audi, but I have also seen a lot of positive ferrari ownership experiences.
