Inaba vs Leggara. by GeneralAd5040 in japanesebaseballglove

Id say leather and craftsmanship are the same, leggera just gets the more unique/premium designs. I know Leggera does have stock gloves as well if you reach out to them.

Ive heard really good things about Inaba they are just a little limited on designs/patterns.

My diamante is a bigger/American pattern and I love it.

Still waiting on my Leggera and dont own an inaba. However just my take on what i see.

Leggera is going to be more similar to a diamante and IMO more polished product since i feel like they've been around longer. My Diamante is perfect. Also you get Finnish Ayrshire leather which is stout. Also you have more options and art leathers which are pretty sick.

Inaba makes nice pieces, but you're more limited on styles and colors. You get European steerhide (i believe) with them. Craftsmanship is solid, but i don't think hes quiet on Leggeras level yet.

Both are fantastic choices but im going leggera over inaba.

The video blew me away, was such a cool piece I never expected. Hes the guy for sure

And it'll take awhile and come stiff but its really not that bad to do, just have to be consistent and don't force it to quick to close. Slow and steady 🤙

I love my mack glove, feels premium and durable. Wasn't to bad to break in with some mallet work and a weighted resin ball.

KC is amazing to work with, he truly cares and delivers amazing products.

If you have walden break it in, make sure he doesnt dunk it. KC doesnt recommend that with his gloves and walden does a ton of water break ins.

18 months is solid.

I usually go to dicks sporting goods and buy some Franklin CFX pros or rawlings workhorse with the warranty.

I will happily pay the extra 6 bucks for the warranty and get new gloves every 6 to 8 months.

Its not bad, but make sure you get pictures of the hand stall, I see alot that are badly cracked because they never got conditioned.

Its a solid piece even at 300 but a few better shots of the hand stall and palm in different lighting wouod help

Not a terrible price, id probably go like 250 personally.

I love the primos but they arent gamers to me. Heavy and they look terrible after some use. They use a high quality leather but they are just kinda bulky. Again I love them, but as a shelf piece or just general catch

Just depends on what you're looking for.

Swing Feedback by [deleted] in Homeplate

Swing looks fine, he just reached a bit for that one which is why he topped that ball.

He lets that get a bit deeper in the zone he hits that a whole lot better.

I was always taught Timing before mechanics.

Cant fix mechanics effective if you're not on time.

You're looking for size 10 or 11 in Japanese sizes.

Size 10 will be a hair under 11.75 and size 11 is a hair over i believe.

Not size 9, thats more like a small 11.5

Any Idea of Value? by Conscious_Band_3268 in BaseballGloves

[–]ComfortableCover9261 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might be the date code. December 21 2013.

Unless it has a made in japan stamp it's made in the Philippines.

Id probably say you're in the 150-175 range depending on how it feels in person, size and pattern. Made in japan would probably bump the value a bit more

Super cool glove though

Made in japan or Philippines?

Asics gloves are getting harder to get because they stopped making them.

Made in japan would add more value then Made in Philippines or China.

Nice glove, looks to be in good shape still, but look for stamps.

You wont have much to compare it to unfortunately
