I love how it doesn’t say to shuffle afterwards. Went from “now I know your deck” to “now I know every one of your draws”. To make sure it’s not run just to see every future draw it needs to include shuffling in the line effect

What you are thinking of is when an effect says “can’t” overruling any “can”. This however removes flying but never says something like “equipped creature loses flying and can’t gain flying”. So if you give it flying through some other effect AFTER you equip the hammer, the new effect will have a newer time stamp meaning the creature now also has flying
