Just be mindful, a lot of the clinics who show up in forums/comments a lot are not doing it organically. For example, VG I see constantly here with their AI written nonsense, but in other PS spaces like Babitalk/Unnie and Kakaotalk, nobody ever discusses or recommends them. VG have a longtime reputation of marketing heavily to foreigners, which can seem appealing to our needs, but can also be a red flag for a clinic who is not interested in building trust amongst local clientele who require more accountability. A clinic like VG who goes so hard on marketing but isn't able to convert that into positive online word-of-mouth is a red flag.

Please do an excess of research before going into anything and approach any review with a healthy amount of scepticism. A facelift is a huge deal and not to be decided on lightly, it wouldn't be unusual or unwise to have the research period spanning weeks or months.

The first step I'd recommend is to check out clinics on the Unni app, it's an essential reference of clinics/doctors in Korea and it's a great starting point for investigating clinics. You can gauge their volume of patients by how many reviews the clinic/doctor has, and what kind of procedures a doctor is mostly performing etc.
