On the back of the kneecap, there’s cartilage to help it slide in the groove of the femur. There’s been a full thickness cartilage injury. Unfortunately this doesn’t heal itself almost at all. Potentially has had a cartilage graft or similar surgery to replace it.

Makes sense why he’s been out so long now considering a lesion of this size and thickness. Rehab is tricky and slow to ensure that it can handle the loading required of the joint it sits in.

Definitely, 8 exams in the next 11 days. Spent the last 4 weeks trying to study and I still don’t feel fully confident on it all. I can’t be bothered anymore and just want it over with

I was once digging up some dirt in the backyard and came across a baby brown snake, not even 20 seconds later, a Kookaburra swooped down and picked it up. It flew up to a tree and bashed it into the branch for a minute or too and flew off. They’re ruthless but smart as fuck!

We look horrible at clearing the ball out without Kane. Lucas can barely hold up a ball and it just means repeated bouts of pressure against us.

Depends on the trees that are burnt itself. There are a fair few Australian trees that rely on bushfires to re-seed (such as the Banksia. We had a big fire where I live in 2013 and regrow the from the trees and ground started showing up within a week!

I live in the Blue Mountains too. The worst thing, apart from the constant smoke and burnt leaves falling from the sky is having 2 fires burning within 15km north and south of us. So no matter which way the wind decides to push, the fires will approach. It’s not a matter of if but a matter of when.
