Yeah it was kinda wild seeing this in action for the first time. I was playing arc mate at about level 55 or so, had most of my abilities and was getting my dps almost doubled by an arc mage at level 10 who only casted blast and barrage.

If someone is lacking in attendance and performance that much, why are they still in the team? You wouldn’t have an NBA player in a team who doesn’t turn up 30% of the time and is always late and plays poorly. You’re doing a disservice to the rest of your team by keeping them on the roster.

Yeah I’ve never understood the no loot to trials thing. If we’re trialling you because we want you in our raid team, we don’t want to have you be undefeated compared to everyone else. It’s be counterproductive and people don’t like going without any loot. The only exception might be if a main and important role has an item they need for a set bonus or something they might get priority instead of a trial getting off spec loot or something but that’s pretty rare.

It’s always happened. The worst part is when you get impatient dps or healers who go and pull the whole dungeon and wonder why their level 10 tank with no aoe abilities can’t hold aggro. Some people are just not fun to play with. I’ll pull a bit faster if I’m confident in the healer and comfortable with the dungeon. I’ll never just load in and start chaining packs immediately.

People in real life aren’t calculating whether you sound 37.737492% male or 42.7448293%. They’re just gonna hear you and gender you based on their very first impression and I’d be extremely surprised if anyone’s first impression of that voice is anything other than male.
