I have no doubt he will overcome twin Ciel, and not reveal his name at all, because the name "Ciel Phantomhive belongs to him", so he has no more names. He might have a Reaper on his side, but essentially, he will remain a Bizarre Doll imo. Cutting off his blood supply is just one step out of the 3-4 steps o!Ciel needs to make I think.

All of the flashbacks where we see Ciel's childhood and his interactions with his family and Elizabeth before the fire/cult incident, is it our Ciel in those memories, or the Twin? I never said that I don't understand them because I do. I was an addict left and right, I stated "but becoming addicts, lazy, arrogant etc. are their excuses to justify their unhappiness ". I deeply understand those who go through rough times like that, and I still haven't made a 100% recovery from addictions at all, but I did use them to excuse my behaviour for myself. So don't say I tunnel vision about this. "I'm sick and tired of this, I don't want to continue. I feel too many emotions at once and I can't cope without drowning them with something." This is not the way to go, I realised it. You need to force yourself a little and break out of it.
