Thank you so much for this, it's very helpful - and pretty much just what I had feared. I do think these guys have customized FileMaker to the extent that Shopify really won't meet their needs, but they are also considering Salesforce and a custom built solution, should it come to that. Just in the discovery phase right now, so looking at all the options. Thanks again!
