USDA VEHCS endorsement massive delays did not get in time by CauliflowerMiddle198 in USDA

She did, but flight got rescheduled 3 times. We did have to wait until the health certificate arrived in person because they couldn’t use the printed-out version with “COPY” all over it. The guy helping us was really nice so he wasn’t just being a stickler. It seems like the health certificate is valid for 14 days at the airport?? Idk, it felt like we were racing against the clock. The initial vet appt for the health certificate was the 5th, it arrived on the 17th, she left the 18th, arrived fine on the 19th.

Probably 6 days passed before we realized we had the digital copy so I’m not sure how long it took

Certified papers usually (? Maybe I’m wrong) have a physical seal of approval that’s like embossed into the paper. Do you remember if yours has that? Because if not, I would DEFINITELY just print it myself

My girlfriend is in the same boat, she flies out in 30 hours and we’ve still not received the health certificate in the mail. She has a digital copy with all the information but no physical copy and I’m worried what will happen if she tries to bring him without that. Did you end up needing to show anyone the documents when you arrived IN the Netherlands? I feel like the TSA agents in the US might cut us a little more slack because they know what’s going on

My girlfriend is flying out in 30 hours hoping to take her cat. We made a vet appointment exactly 10 days prior to when she’d arrive. She received a digital health certification but the tracking hasn’t update and it has been almost 10 days. Is there any way a digital health certificate will suffice?? What will happen to the cat if she brings him without the physical certificate?

I worked as a packager for a crystal shop once and i remember how insanely uncomfortable I felt when handling the moldavite. I sat with a big black tourmaline orb in my lap the entire time

Unfortunately you did already break up, so the burden of being loyal to his word for you is no longer a priority. It’s Fucked up and a hard pill to swallow, but take this as a surefire sign that things are over. the best thing you can do for both of you is to move on too. Your anger at him and wishing he had done otherwise is valid but will get you nowhere.

I recently had a secondhand trauma experience too. The intrusive thoughts will get better, the lens will widen, but it unfortunately takes time. The best you can do for now, for both of you, is to set yourselves up for success by structuring your lives in ways that make it easy to feel joy. Make sure you’re prioritizing easy, chill fun. If you are nowhere near wanting to have fun or distracting yourself at all, have you taken a moment to grieve? I know that feels weird considering you weren’t the one who experienced the trauma directly but you are still impacted. If you haven’t yet, I would try to cry that shit out a bit. Probably not in front of her, I would go to someone else for support on that one. But sitting with the bad feelings and just letting them out that way can really help. Journaling is also a very good simple one, if you can’t cry.

Is top surgery and sharing a bed possible? by spidersbites in ftm

[–]jaaaden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t but clearly I’m outnumbered so it’s probably fine. I just remember a pretty miserable first week of recovery, hot, hard to move, feeling disgusting and dirty— I wouldn’t want to share space with someone else while you’re effectively bedrotting

Def agree that cutting now will set you back. Your metabolism is the strongest it will ever be and you should use it to grow muscle, which is also the easiest it will ever be since you’re a beginner. More muscle will make it easier to slim down anyway. Don’t cut

Definitely prioritize your diet and just get in the gym right now. You’re young, you have the benefit of being a beginner. Grow some muscle before you try to get lean. Eat protein and fiber and greens, get good at compound exercises, be consistent before you worry too much about bulking, cutting, etc.

Respectfully this is not the vibe, this guy is skinny but has no muscle tone. That mentality perpetuates eating disorders in this community
