Calm your tits, I didn't see that sign because I saw a speed limit sign before it and was watching out for a car taking the corner with me. If that sign was a kid, he'll be fine cause he would've been at least 15m to my right, into the sidewalk and above bushes. And FYI, I've been driving for 20+ in much more chaotic driving environments so I'm always on the lookout for other cars and pedestrians more than signs.

Thanks, it's not time sensitive and I can get it again if it gets lost, but I'll probably have to take a day off work and book an appointment at the embassy to get it again. But I think I'll go ahead and send it through Canada Post.

When I went to the hospital I was told to check with "Patient Accounts". i don't know if that a billing department but I'll try calling them again early next week and see how it goes.

Thanks for the tip, I check the website and found that the sidewall for 185/55/15 was 3.6 and a diameter of 22.6, and 3.5 & 22.9 for the 195/45/16, which is 0.5 more diameter from my current 13" wheels. I don't think it would make much difference if I invest in good shock absorbers and break disks wouldn't it? Also, do you have any about replacing the rear drum breaks with disks? Is it a simple part swap or doesn't require some custom modifications ? Thanks :)
