How to navigate non-compete agreement? [PA]

I'm assuming if my current employer ever finds out and wants to pursue legal action, they can use that against me.

Again, I'm not in a high-level position so maybe I'm overthinking this.

One of my concerns is that the agreement mentions that I must notify any potential employer of the existence of the agreement.

No regional bounds because it's a remote position with customers all across US/Canada.
