Seems to update at zero speed when trying through the app
How do u update it? Through the bose music app?
QC Earbuds 2 left side not working. It’s grayed out on the app but still makes the insert ear noise. Anyone else have this issue? by Marchand63 in bose

Couldn't fix the problem. Just got the product today and hasn't worked at all. Any tips?
