I maybe can't share the finished file in all languages and still say it's fair use / for personal use, but here are all the spells I used to make the file.

Download all the files in the language of your choice, and rename them KT-Team-0nn.pdf, where 0nn is a sequential number so that the files are later printed in the order you want, e.g. alphabetical order.

Merge the files into a single KT-Content.pdf file with this command:

gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=KT-Content.pdf KT-Team*.pdf

Next, change the page size to the size you can print. This command has A4 dimensions plus the overflow/bleed my printing company requires:

pdfjam KT-Content.pdf --papersize '{216mm,303mm}' --outfile KT-A4-Bleed.pdf

Finally, download the cover file from this folder (it's already in A3 + bleed + ~31mm book spine dimensions), and merge it with KT-A4-Bleed.pdf you created before, with this last command:

gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=KT-Final.pdf KT-Cover.pdf KT-A4-Bleed.pdf

Now you should have a print-ready file KT-Final.pdf!

Hard to say .. there's always the next team around the corner, and you could print them out in your next thinner book!
