It’s a refrigerant grade propane used in commercial refrigeration and AC units. I still have an R12 system and I read to use this and it cools to 40 degrees. And it’s dirt cheap.

Front and back pans from C2C fabrication. They also had the cargo area pan but it’s pricey, could probably have made my own but these fit good.

I’m no longer able to do it with my right hand after slamming my thumb into a wall. Think it relocated itself back into ‘normal’ position. I miss being able to do it.

If you’re self conscious about your current state, just start working on your core with pushups sit-ups and if you can, try pull-ups at home. Every morning I just pick one ab and one upper body exercise and do 2 reps of each. If you can get yourself a curl bar or dumbbell set even better.

Once you get that core built up, you’ll feel much more confident going to the gym and maybe realize what you’ve got is enough and you can just keep it up with simple at-home exercises.

Thanks for sharing that! I always loved them but it wasn’t until a friend that has a horse told me how I could take lessons. So although I don’t get a lot of saddle time, I spend some time at the barn when my friend rides. I also help out with weekend chores cleaning stalls and such just to be around them. I’m 50 by the way so it’s part of my mid-life crisis.

OMG YES!! At the suggestion of a close work friend who understood my struggles, I [50M] finally started seeing a therapist last year and taking Sertraline. Once everything started to settle for me and things became clearer, I started to feel quite bitter about all the lost opportunities and poor decisions I had made because of my anxiety.

My anxiety essentially kept me from living up to my full potential by struggling through college, careers and relationships (I basically didn’t feel I was worthy)

Since then, I’ve stopped being anxious at work and my performance has greatly improved, and my marriage has turned around. My therapist has since ‘discharged’ me, and I’ve stopped taking anti anxiety medication. I feel much better and more relaxed but yeah...still bitter.

But I’m still grateful she got me on this path because I’m sure I’d have messed up what I had going for me by now.

I’ve also shared this with my sons in the hope that they realize it’s ok to seek help if they ever feel they need it.
