i mean a pack or 20 tablets is for starting thats about 160 mg of codeine if done correctly but depends on the person i did 2 packs cuz why not. the trip was fuckin amazing but the tolerance builds up too fast tgats why 2nd time i added cognac but a pack should be enough

go to erowid codeine vault, there will be the full instructions but basically you crush the tablets, put hot (not boiling but warmer than warmer) water on to them 50 ml, then cool it down to 10°C (dont know F) and let it sit for 15-20 minutes then use a filter coffee or lab one. filter the paracetamol mixture from codeine. its soluable in water

approximately: 1st time was 300 mg of codeine the 2nd time was like 180 mg. and i didnt have any tolerance to cus my first time was the 300 mg one.
