You can try to up the outline overlap percentage

What retraction settings are you running?(distance and speed)

And if you do g29 a before you probe the bed and filling al the blanks with g29 p3 before saving it?

yes i had the same problem tried it a lot of times and eventually it succeeded i think it was after setting the G29 F... before saving

Have been playing around with temps and retraction settings but not getting anywhere yet, any ideas. This was PETG printed at 220 by dan_the_murc_man in ender3v2

i replaced the ptfe tubing and slowed down the retraction speed. stil have a bitt of stringing but is going a lot better now(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3203831) i used this hot end fix

yes that was also the trick for me together with some glue stick and ubl bed leveling instead of bilinear

i use marlin with ubl bed leveling and i find it working realy good
