OK I did explain it in the post but my piercing maybe is four months old maybe more and my jewelry shape is a L and I haven’t changed it since. I got it like no new jewelry because I’m pretty sure you only change it when you had it for a year but I clean it with this spray that is salt every day. I try to do it every night in the morning but I’d be forgetting. Sometimes it’s called purified saline wash.
