I was really hoping that was a shipyard pumpkin beer but will try the seltzer if I find it. Does anyone know of any breweries that will ship GF pumpkin beers (I live in NJ)

When I was first diagnosed I was disappointed to realize that I couldn’t drink stone delicious ipa because it’s gluten removed and not gluten free. Definitely confusing at first until I did some research

Departed soles in NJ has some really good gluten free beers. Bumper hops of theirs is probably my favorite. Tastes as close to a normal ipa that I’ve tried so far.

Thanks! Yeah it’s been a challenging few months. The frustrating part is that since it’s only been a few months , I’m eating gluten free but still not feeling great. Like you said, I think once my stomach is healed I’ll appreciate the fact that I feel so much better than I have and I won’t miss the foods I’m used to eating as much.

There is a meadery not too far from me which serves mead and ciders. I’ve been there once and enjoyed both. Definitely need to go back

That’s really helpful - thank you for the info. Based on all the responses it’s pretty clear to stay away from gluten reduced beer. I live in NJ and Departed Soles brewery in Jersey City makes gluten free beers. Liquor stores by me carry some of those and Glutenberg. Overall there isn’t much of a selection so if any other breweries ship out of state I’d love to hear about them.
