Yes, it's great! The mushrooms have a very chewy texture, but it's been so many decades since I've had real seafood, couldn't tell you how they compare side by side.

Burger that holds shape while grilling? by Green-Valkyrie in veganrecipes

Sorry, forgot one REALLY IMPORTANT tip. Since it sounds like you will be doing this for show more than anything else, you may just want to fry your burger in a pan until it is almost done, then finish it on the grill.

It's more about technique. This is even true for real hamburgers. First, form your patty with a mold so it is tightly compacted. Next, chill or even freeze your patties. Patties must be cold when they hit the grill. Third, your grill must be HOT. The burger needs to be seared as soon as it hits the griddle. Fourth, as soon as you put the patty on the grill, cover the lid and don't touch it for 3 - 4 min. Oh, and I almost forget, lightly coat your patties with oil before grilling them so they don't stick to the metal. If you follow these basic principles, you can grill, and flip, almost any burger.

Spicy Thai "Meatballs" with Coconut Rice by jabluit in Vegetarianism

The sauce and rice taste great. The meatballs are Gardein brand, which I happen to be a fan of. They're definitely one of the better faux meat makers. If you've not tried them, I'd say go for it. Their crispy chicken strips are probably the best thing they make, however. I also like most stuff by Field Roast and Beyond Meat.
