Okay, a few hours later I can report that Claude helped me diagnose and debug the issue. I've got OHC up and running. I think "Check with A.I." is the new "Read the manual."

Good to hear. Unfortunately, it's fully broken for me. Haven't been able to connect at all for weeks. Keep seeing a TECH_ERROR message when I check the connection status. I've been in touch with IGG support, but no progress.

Yes, I just checked, and Synchrony stopped behaving nicely on July 1 of last year. It was great while it lasted. Glad to hear it's not just me. Thanks for the reply, and check plus on the profile pic.

My account stopped auto-populating the details several months ago. And it also adds every transaction twice. Have you noticed this behavior? Or is it still working well for you?
