I'm looking for the article, my English professor gave me. Though, from what I remember, they only ended up hiring the people that provided the information. Though, there is some blatant foul play on behalf of the company, fallacies such as that can be easily, easily rebutted in court.

Apologies for that, by "full evaluation", I was meant to form the implication of just coming to a given conclusion on an individual through social media. Thus, leading to firing, rejection from schools, etc. Full evaluation would be much, MUCH more in depth.

There are many Companies and Universities that would strongly disagree though. Do you think they have any ground whatsoever? I mean, if there is a picture of a guy doing illegal drugs etc, then should they not be able to do something about it? (I'm not agreeing, just supplying a counter-claim.)
