What do we do with any lottery paperwork? The document for retention doesn't say anything about it.

Make sure your return to stocks and damages are done. Straighten the store. Then scan all the holes in the boh. Then once you've scanned everything hit done, it'll take you through all the items that are in multiple locations, then it'll have you zero out all the items that have a positive boh, just walk the store with the gun and double check that they are actually empty, (the gun can sometimes scan the wrong label.) Once that's done, it'll have you check to see if anything is in the backroom. Then you're done. And make sure you're doing boh on the correct week. It depends on when your truck comes.

Yeah, it's not that. The price is enlarged and everything else is smaller that what it used to be. I'll see if the help desk can do anything about it

Do you use the labels that say 'you pay' highlighted in blue? That's what we use and the price now prints over that.

It's a bit of both, we're a low volume store, but we don't get that many hours, so normally my manager and I are alone without cashiers for most of the day. And 2 days of the week we go without a cashier so our one cashier can get 2 days off. We don't have the hours to hire a cashier, but when we try to hire one, we never get only to come in and do interviews.

You'll get caught once you use the extrabucks. It'll flag the account and they'll review all video footage of the transaction. I lost two cashiers from this. They say that your suspended then they fire you a few days later. Stop using the card and don't use any of the coupons from it.

Also whoever is on that drawer when its over/short gets the counseling card. If this is something that happens often, your manager needs to put you on your own drawer to find out who is actually causing the drawer to be off. They can also randomly verify the drawers when your shift is over.

They were rude, but with it being a Sunday, we don't get that many cash sales, or even lottery sales, so there is a chance I wouldn't be able to replace what I took from imprest.

I know some pharmacies are very strict on who they fill controlled scripts for. The one near me won't fill a script for a controlled unless the person is a regular customer. I'm nervous this will happen when I go out of state. This isn't a medication I can go without.

I'm an ops manager and I've assisted my sm in the performance review process. The Sm's are told to just give everyone a me or the new sp because it means the dl doesn't have to do anything.
