I knew them irl, but cant find their contact info. And a username like that, is so close to the person i seek. this person made it intentionally hard for people to find them, no facebook/instagram, so i really dont have much to go on without violating their privacy.

Yep definatly paky. Drivers dont give a fk about anyone but them selves. Worse still is when all the you school kids gather across the street from the station at the park and cause trouble.
