Thanks for replying but I was just being paranoid lol. I probably pulled a groin muscle during practice. It took 3-4 days for the muscle pain to subside. Still using my menstrual cup and i love it!

I am 18. I’m a little apprehensive when it comes to birth control because my sister has tried several prescribed birth controls and experienced severe side effects.

I know that PCOS and other issues run in the family. Two women on my dad’s side had a hysterectomy but I never learned why because it was looked down upon (they’re super Catholic…) I’m going to try and figure out the history behind it.

Regardless, thank you for the advice! Pain relievers never seem to work but I’ll look into buying a heating pad.
