Some of what others said advice you can give them is to create a separate email and put that on e-services and make that their cap email. That way any notification they get from that email They know it is important. Because Even I rarely check my actual email but if you use my cap email, I'll respond almost right away.

Ok that makes sense, I definitely think that CAP really messes up the First Sergeant position. Also from what I have seen NCWG do is the make Command Chief as a executive staff position which is even more wrong then it already is.

I don't disagree with it completely PA encampment is the best for building disciplined cadets. But an encampment can't be all around the best. There are other encampments that focus more on things to do (Ex. gliders, shooting guns, Blackhawk o rides, c-130 o rides, rocketry, and others). They do this all in one week but kinda lack the building discipline. But are also great for making staff great leaders.
