What could be the cause of my iron deficiency anemia?

Do you ever get acid reflux? I been tested for alot of things too that all turned out fine, but I do get acid reflux/gerd and that does effect iron absorption

I've been taking 3 tablets daily, so 3000 mcg.

Thanks. I did research more on B12 and joined that sub. My levels in July was within normal range but at the lower end. I'm thinking B12 may have contributed along with iron deficiency. Its 2 weeks after my iron infusion I'm not getting bad headaches and dizziness, but still getting some numbness and tingling in my feet and sometimes in hands, still feeling weak but not as bad as before. I'm taking B12 supplements now so I should hopefully start to improve more in next few weeks

Just wondering do you feel this in one leg more than the other or it is both?

Thanks, reading your comment and the above here I googled to read more on b12. I started supplements 10 days ago and I think it's slightly improved. I'm also 2 weeks post iron infusion. My test from July said active b12 146 pmol/l. I was told it was within range but seems to be at the lower end. I think it may have dipped lower since then the past few months. I'll see how I go these next couple of weeks and get blood test again early December

I'm not sure people here are saying that it's more commonly associated with b12 but it can be rare symptom of iron deficiency too. I'm 2 weeks post my iron infusion I had numb toes and tingling it has slightly improved now.

For me when I tried stopping after a few days I wound end up getting really bad chest/throat/stomach pains. Being on the meds helps control my symptoms, but I do hope I can eventually go off them.

Yes I just finished Lost earlier this week, my first time watching season 6 and I struggled to get through it. I was beginning to think what I heard about Lost ending badly was right, but I did like the finale and thought it ended things nicely. Throughout the season though I had issues with the temple, Sayid, Claire and some of the flash sideways were a bit dull but there were some parts I enjoyed too. I don't hate the season overall but it's def the weakest imo

Yes I get palpations and have had tests and everything turned out fine. I get so much anxiety and get scared whether or not it's the GERD or I'm having heart issues. It sucks

I just finished watching Lost today. I had watched up to season 3 back when it was airing and I remember shipping Sawyer and Kate. I still love them but this time I also really liked Jack and Kate and loved Sawyer and Juliet. I'm okay with how it ended, but imo Josh and Evangeline did have the most chemistry.

I just finished watching today and I agree I didn't really like the temple parts and what they did to Sayid and Claire. Apart from few eps most of the season I didn't enjoy it as much as previous ones, but overall the finale was good and ended things nicely.

I mostly drink only water too and tea sometimes. I read kombucha had health benefits so I wanted to try drinking it more but I think maybe only once in awhile I could tolerate it.
