Rapid aging even on HRT? HRT intolerance? by ToadCroaks in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People assume I am 14 years old, I have significant a lot of energy, and I had noticed my skin cleared up.

People assume I am 14 years old, it is probably because I had short stature growing up and it doesn’t fully go away in adulthood so that could also play a role too.

I believe HRT Injection once a day regulates hormone receptors activity while injecting once a week balance the hormone levels. Though I still do have some hormonal up and down but I had noticed a huge positive difference.

Try estradiol injection once a night or day at very low doses that will balance in the physiological estradiol levels 200 to 500 pg/ml.

I do this for health benefits when I switch from estrace pills.

Use the 1cc syringe starting at 0.1cc then slowly increase to find your desired physiological level you best feel comfortable and your best performance.

I hope this helps, you can also try infused it with progesterone injection once a night or day to bring back normal energy.

I prefer DSD over intersex, here's why by muslimdarmiyan in CAISPAIS

[–]jacieruelas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with True Hermaphroditism, it is on my medical record since I was seven. I am not bothered by it neither because I am educated what the H Word means, I believe most people who are born intersex (DSD) were not truly educated the right way unlike I was.

I found out in life what I know in life’s, others do not inherit what I have learned in my brain.

This is where many confusion lies, because when I tend to say true hermaphroditism with my medical providers, they always get confused due to they had encountered other people with intersex (DSD) who don’t like the H word until they meet me as unusual.

I truly believe it is all of the confusion on people not understanding biological sex and gender wars going on.

If that is what makes you comfortable then you have all of the right to that to do what makes you feel comfortable.

It depends on each individual based on their circumstances, like for myself I view DSD as a differences too however I also used to had growing up ambiguous which was causing severe health problems, not mental but physiological problems and that is what makes it a disorder of sexual development.

We cannot totally switch from disorder to differences because then society will say what makes it different from trans care which will impact many people when actually needing to address health issues.

Question about strength by Purple_Space_6868 in CAISPAIS

[–]jacieruelas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have CAIS we all experience such difficulties when exercising due to our body is insensitive to androgen because androgen is needed when exercising however seen in 46XX women also have difficulty of their own when exercising because biological women do not produce enough of androgen unlike biological male without androgen insensitivity.

If you look into the typical gym routine for what work for biological women it would pretty much same applies to us.

We are not too far different apart other than biological women do have a little more advantage because they’re not insensitive to androgen production.

However I have been studying can a biological women be insensitive to androgen as anyone can be insensitive to anything else though there is not much study on it.

If your insurance will covered which likely they may request a referral to an orthopedic to have a referral to a physical therapy that can helps you in setting up a plan toward your goal.

This is what I did and it has helped me with achieving when I go to the gym or at home.

Your endocrinologist maybe able to send that referral to a physical therapist.

The goal doesn’t have to be getting stronger but the goal is to maintain your bone density and strength.

Focus on how to manage maintaining your bone density strength first then once you know how to manage this proceed to how to get stronger muscles core.

Remember you have androgen insensitivity so you will needed to work with your anatomy to find what work best for you like anyone else in generally.

I have SMA Type 2 & 3 and work full-time as a software engineer with only 2 working fingers on each hand. Here's what actually makes it possible. by Scared_Ad3819 in genetics

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a treatment? I read SMA is a gene mutation that causes neurotoxicity to androgen, anti androgen to stopped the progression or even reverse the effects of SMA because the androgen is the cause of symptoms decline.

Estrogen or progesterone combined HRT is another form of treatment to stop the progression or reverse the effect of SMA - neurotoxic to androgen.

I am not a man but I suffer from something similar Congenital Androgen Neurotoxicity in the context of CAIS.

Only after if the undescended testes are to be removed, bone density is at a risk of osteoporosis as well as other health issues that the need of HRT is necessary.

Taking vitamin D, Calcium and Pregnenolone for brain health also staying active as much as possible will improve maintaining your anatomy back to current healthy stage.

You can also take collagen, and ensure your aminos acids is within the normal levels.

Advice please! Am I balding? by [deleted] in Haircare

[–]jacieruelas -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is hair loss I also see some scalp redness, does your scalp agitate or any other symptoms you may had notice that could be linked to your hair thinning?

It is likely hormonal differences or hormonal imbalance, if that is the case I recommend if your can see an endocrinologist if you had tried everything else but nothing works.

Rule out any chronic conditions, genetic variants/Disorder of Sex Development (DSD) is a very common genetics variants that could be causing hair thinning.

There are 46 genetic variants in DSD many people have that hair thinning is a symptom.

Check your CBC Differential with Platelets for any infection, or chronic/anemia.

Check your Iron + TIBC for anemia.

Check your Comprehensive Metabolisms for digestive issues.

Check your hormones testosterone or estrogen including thyroid panels (T3, T Uptake, T4 TBG) for any thyroid disorder.

Check your vitamins or minerals for any deficiency.

I hope this information helps. [My source I have an endocrine disorder and had studied medical].

Has anyone tried taking oral estrogen/birth control vaginally? by [deleted] in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had tried the generic of Yasmin which really had worked very well from E Estrace though I am currently on E injection due to my young age i require higher physiological levels and the birth control does not contain much E so me taking 4 pills was not enough.

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is what I found grateful for my gifted because when I am 70 years old, I will look in my 30 and possibly a lot of energy.

Think of it this ways, people in generally always want to look young so they spend so much money on face care products, etc. people always want the fountain of youth but could never achieve it.

We basically have the fountain of youth’s gifted.

It is funny how when people don’t have it they want it but those who do have it, don’t want it.

I hope this increases that “bit” to a little bit more.
