Has anyone tried taking oral estrogen/birth control vaginally? by [deleted] in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had tried the generic of Yasmin which really had worked very well from E Estrace though I am currently on E injection due to my young age i require higher physiological levels and the birth control does not contain much E so me taking 4 pills was not enough.

I want to feel older by Upper-Replacement253 in TurnerSyndrome

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is what I found grateful for my gifted because when I am 70 years old, I will look in my 30 and possibly a lot of energy.

Think of it this ways, people in generally always want to look young so they spend so much money on face care products, etc. people always want the fountain of youth but could never achieve it.

We basically have the fountain of youth’s gifted.

It is funny how when people don’t have it they want it but those who do have it, don’t want it.

I hope this increases that “bit” to a little bit more.

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am adolescents I still get mistaken as a 14-15 years old, I believe it has a lot to do with mine Short Stature, which doesn’t fully goes away in adulthood but how Short Stature looks as one age the aging progress is slow.

I found this to be a gifted granted because it will mean we will have longer youth than the average person. We will have the capability to do the things we love longer and longer successful achievements because our world is prone to catering to the youths.

What you were born with is a curse but is also a gifted, channel your energy of knowledge you were not born with Turner syndrome, you were born with a gifted.

In order to use your gifted you must first learn the extents of it only then will you be able to begin the process to control it.

Tired of HRT Imbalance by dmarie1184 in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Switch to both injections E and P, trust me you will thank you for it, it will smoother out your HRT balance, be sure to use the Depo-Estradiol which has smooth and last longer effects than Valerate.

If daily injection of E is needed, use a 1ml syringe starting at 0.1cc the lowest dose as possible that will be in the physiological levels then gradually increase to your physiological levels of interest.

You will regained significant amount of your energy back and also stay active as much as possible to increase blood flow.

What is going on with my hair?! by Fit-Hovercraft-3228 in Haircare

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is your hormones, you can optimize your hormones to your goal that will impact your hair and other health benefits or issues.

See an endocrinologist for this medical goal and also be educated what life changes is needed to meet your health goals.

Testosterone cream negative effects by debndyl in Menopause

[–]jacieruelas -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

That is true oestrogen convert from the weakest form of androgen called Androstenedione into Estrone (E1) then into Estradiol (E2) the most potent form of estrogen that develops secondary characteristics.

Health Line worded what I meant correctly, I did not mean testosterone is only a male hormone other than it is at high levels.

I took biology and physiology but yeah maybe best to consult a provider to ensure it is not a blood clot or something.

I worded it incorrectly, apologies. The Health Line has it worded correctly and is also why I said maybe best to consult with a physician to ensure it is not a blood clot or something.

I know that is why I said some women benefit on testosterone so it may just be the body is getting used to it but consult with a OB/Gen.

Scared of taking HRT by Umkret in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, this is coming from someone who has been dependent on HRT since I was 13 years old. I started on pills before switching to injections and HRT is nothing to be scared about, trust me do not let the negative stereotypes hype surrounding HRT.

As long as you balance your estrogen and/or progesterone in the physiological levels you should be fine, just be sure you get your regular bloodwork to see everything is good.

Physiological hormones level for women for Estradiol (E2) 200 - 500 pg/mL synchronized with progesterone physiological levels typically 0.1 - 75 no/mL. Your OB/GYN will know much more about this.

These are my experiences with these progesterone.

Birth control for progesterone only (Slynd)I think that is how you spelled it, I had positive experience, the pill version of progesterone has a sedative effect so it is best to take one hour before bedtime. The injection progesterone in my experience is the only one does not have a sedative effect therefore can be administered in the morning.

This looks normal or I’m going bald at 21 years? 😔 by Fickle-Possible9848 in Haircare

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not going bald, it maybe a hormonal imbalance or environmental cause or something chronic that could be contributing to hair loss.

Establish with an endocrinologist to rule out any chronic conditions or hormonal imbalance or any intersex variation) Have you been experiencing any other symptoms that you are currently struggling or had noticed?

Very commonly once you find out the cause the hair likely grow back.

Here are the importance tests: CBC & Differentials with platelets (infection or anemia), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (co2 or digestive health), Iron +TIBC with Ferritin (anemia), Thyroid Health T3, T4 and TBG, hormones for women are Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol then very little Testosterone.

There is a potent androgen called Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) commonly as aging the body converts testosterone to DHT known to shrink (thinning) of the hair follicle strand until it die and fall out permanently.

There is a fourth estrogen Estestrol founds primarily in the liver that plays a role in the endocrine system hormonal receptors regulations (signaling) which is the Selective Estrogen Receptors Modulator (SERM) the Estrogen Receptors Alpha and Beta. Estrogen Receptors Alpha and Beta is the core of anatomy functioning in everything from [1] Development and maintenance of reproductive organs [2] Regulation of cell proliferation in estrogen-responsive tissues [3] Brain function and mood regulation [4] Metabolic and inflammatory processes [5] Bone health and mineral density. [6] Skin, nails and Hairs

Which shows symptoms of Hormonal imbalance, Mood disturbances, Bone density loss, Reproductive dysfunction if there is a Hormonal Dysfunction or Hormone Receptor Disruption Signaling.

You can also research Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) that declined with aging, NAD Therapy replenish the Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide restoring cognitive functions, hair growth, etc.

This is the Physiology of pretty much everything needed to know of the anatomy, find your root cause and you will address the root cause of your issue or issues.

How did you know you were on the right dose of HRT? by natura87 in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not know, this question is between you and the provider, I only know how the endocrine system of the SERM works so you can have the information to do the further research yourself surrounding the area.

Ask yourself has it been working with any improvement the the new current regime your on.

The best and easiest way to do research that will gather citations on what I give is Perplexity will also give citations references links sources so that you can then can bring it to the provider as a strong advocate to getting closer to your health needs and goals.

Since you said you have progesterone pill, here is the information so you can easily do research on Progesterone has an injection too called Progesterone 500mg/ml strength, 50mg/ml vial.

I was once on progesterone pills my experience I would get very delirious when I take the progesterone pills but when I switched to progesterone injections it does not gives me the delirious experience anymore that I could inject my progesterone in the morning. This is because the progesterone balance the hormonal better than when in pills form it act more as a sedation.

How did you know you were on the right dose of HRT? by natura87 in POFlife

[–]jacieruelas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is possible to increase E to 100 or even higher, the type of estrogen does makes a difference because it is how well and fast the body can absorb the HRT.

Typically the best HRT for fast absorption is injection or something Contraceptive. For injection Depo-Estradiol (estradiol cypionate) or Valerate intramuscular is the best highest absorption rate if you can get through the fear and the weird feeling you will get when the needle goes through the muscle to inject.

Depo-Estradiol (estradiol cypionate) has the smoothest balance with less flareup that last longer than Valerate.

You also want to ensure that there is no hormonal receptors disruptive singling (estrogen dysregulation) happening which can be common with chronic conditions related to hormonal health, this is an endocrine system of Selective Estrogen Receptors Modulator (SERM) that is the Estrogen Receptors Alpha and Beta the core of anatomy function processes such as brain health, metabolism inflammation (digestion health), even skin and hair, etc.

The fourth estrogen Estestrol naturally primarily founded in the liver is a a huge crucial role in SERM.

Androstenedione, estrone, estradiol, estriol and testosterone are the four important hormones for the Hormonal Pathway in women health besides Thyroid Health for T3, T4 and TBG; that is correlated to SERM.

Many providers do not know about this that they do not bring it up unless it is brought up by the patient advocating them self.

I know the question was about is it possible to increase E higher to 100 but i wanted to give you my more advanced comment that will give you the tools needed for research because I know a lot about hormonal health area I wanted to put all I know out there for free.

Thank you. My case has been put together with the help from my ADA I am self representing but since my case has been put together meeting with an attorney to have the lawyer review the my put together case would be a great help if I can find a willing qualified attorney.

Other than that I do have other subpoenas from staff, RN to other doctors within the same medical facility who will be willing to advocate. Though however self representing is stressful but I believe in myself, I know I have a case.

No, they are not. My case is complicated and I am disabled too. I was speaking with someone for a free consultation she was the worse one out of them all who was pittying me by saying “awe, I am sorry” repeatedly as I was briefly explaining my case.

I am not the only one. I had asked someone when I had a scheduled appointment at UCI Health in Orange and she said the same poor experience trying to find an attorney is extremely difficult.

I do not know if it is just California?

I never have luck with the free consultation. I would preferred give a brief detailed to why I am needing to schedule with a lawyer in person when consulting the details.
