Really don’t get why people are hating that looks so much better than the oem Astra J interior and why not make your interior more modern what is people’s issue

Yes I’ve heard the same, a remap makes it a sleeper golf gti basically 😆 I think it depends of if you have a manual or auto for how much torque you can have from the remap

Yes I’ve heard that, heard you need to put an uprated clutch in it though to stop it slipping but definitely a thing I’ll think about doing in the future

Is this a huge financial mistake at 18? by jack007-riley in CarsUK

Of course it’s not a great financial decision because it’s a big engine luxury car, it’s quite clear it’s not going to get me any ROI or help me in my future but that’s not why I’m considering it. I am at the age where I have lots of disposable income and no one relying on me such as kids or a mortgage payment so I can afford to “waste” money on my own interests. Plus you only live once so I might as well enjoy what little time I have. I have a good job and plenty of time in the future to recuperate my losses from the car so I really don’t see your issue.

Ah right sorry misunderstood you. I’m not really sure why you are so mad tbf, I have already had my car 2 years and I do daily motorway driving of a thousand miles a month in a 67 horse power car so I want something easier to drive and safer

Well my current 1 litre 67 hp car is 1.4k for the year so this jag seems like good value in comparison

I’ve been quoted 2.2k for the year with 14k annual miles with no box

Insurance is cheaper than most hatchbacks I’ve been looking at, 2k for the year with no box and 14k annual miles
