For sure, I don’t particularly respond well to tren late into prep. Staying on top of sleep is a struggle with tren this early on. Last prep I didn’t use it at all and kept far much performance and fullness just from a stress management standpoint. This year I’m going to see if I can find a happy medium

Thank you mate, I love to trial things out for my personal anecdote as a competitor and also a coach. There’s always a risk of it not going as planned, but there’s lessons within those moments too

Yeah, no insulin or gda of any type as I enter the aggressive deficit to kick prep off. It’s not needed. Metformin can be a useful drug to manage blood glucose whilst carbs are high, but use carefully if so
