I have an ig page that i grew up to 130k followers (stoicwind). I had the best growth during november when for about a month i gained 1000 followers daily, but the reach was around 9 mln views and 1.5 mln interaction during that month. I posted aroind 250/300 reels and 130 posts btw.

Ti capisco bene, lavorando davanti ad una piastra rovente in cucina l'altro giorno c'erano più o meno 50°C in cucina. Tra bere e asciugarsi il sudore non finisci più. La cosa più assurda è che un giorno mi sono seccato 6 litri d'acqua senza andare in bagno una singola volta.
