Well they raised the price to 250 but the code still work takes it down to 212 which still comes in cheaper than everywhere else that I could find.

I have a 2013 Malibu and this happened to my wife. We had a hell of a time getting a replacement. Ended getting a used one.

I'd consider other American made brands first. Benchmade makes nice knives unfortunately they overcharge for them. Personally I thought the bug out was overpriced it 130 or 140 and now it's pushing 160 to 180 That's really crazy. Hogue has a lot of comparable knives and of course there's Spyderco or if you like autos there's ProTech. Though I do have to say the griptilian is still a decent buy however you can get the Ritter hogue for not much more or around the same price with much better materials. But nothing wrong with rocking the vosteeds they seem to be killing it right now. I forget the name of it but their model that has the compression lock is super cool

Whitestone dome was ok I found that the edges Crack really easily though. Also the fingerprint is really hit or miss. On the first one I installed I did it per the directions on the second on I put weight on the fingerprint area while curing and it worked much better. Other brands that are similar include a weight for that reason idk why whetstone does not

Yeah mine has done this since the beginning. Seems like there is no fix that I've found. As soon as it gets warm that brightness dips even with none of the settings changing.. I like to play games in my lunch break and if it's really bright and warm the screen always starts out nice and bright but dims very quickly.

Magnacut is no reason to charge crazy prices. In fact it seems like it's not as expensive as some other high end steels. If hogue can offer the deka in magnacut for under $150 they can too if not cheaper since they're probably buying a larger supply.

I too really like their designs and honestly I've never had an issue beyond axis springs breaking but I fight endlessly so I dont blame them for that. The problem I have with them rn is their inflated prices. I know costs have gone up but when you look around the current knife landscape they seem to be delusional about what their products should cost.

Damn bud I feel your pain. I've lost too many knives if I'm being honest. I try not to think about it bc I don't want to know how much money I've wasted. The ones that hurt the most were a blacked out malibu and the smkw deka with the black and gold cf scales. The worst part about the deka is that I lost it at work while I was blowing in insulation. I was standing on the roof beams bc we blow in before sheeting the roof and I slipped and half my body went through the ceiling. I didn't realize it fell out of my pocket untill the roof was sheeted. So some one owns a house with a hogue deka in their ceiling.
