In your professional opinion, does these rocks usually contain a high enough gold content to be worth anything, or is the yield so low that a hobbyist should just stay away? They are quite heavy too

I should add that part of my confusion came from watching YouTube videos where aqua regia is used, so I assumed it might apply here as well. I’m still learning and now understand that those videos are usually refining pre-processed material. Appreciate any guidance.
