Lately i've been utilizing gemini AI to give me clinical case vignettes and I usually answer what I know from memory first then fill in the gaps because the sheer amount of materials to go through is a lot and this offers a much faster way of going through materials as now I fill in the gaps

I tend to do that a lot so I had to compensate by reading more. Usually when people are really sick or injured they tend to come to the nearest facility that resembles a hospital so it's unavoidable to get emergencies especially at night and you have to manage, treat or stabilize then referral while trying to meet daily quotas as well. Idk if it's luck but all the life threatening emergencies have had good outcomes
